Packaging We use a wide array of packaging measures to pack our industrial & automotive lubricants, greases and other specialties. For this, different packaging machines are installed in our unit, viz. filling, sealing, shrinking and strapping machines. The material used in packaging is of best standards to complete the quality of our products. The product details and other specifications are mentioned on the covers of these containers and boxes. Finally, the packaged goods are conveyed to specific locations and our warehouse.
Different packaging options that we provide to our clients include:

Research & Development | We have an in-house R&D facility in our manufacturing unit. The research measures in this division are directed to minimize the overall production cost, with the use of latest machineries and technology. Moreover, research is conducted on different parameters, which include market trend in varying countries and prevalent demands of varying industrial units related to varying lubricants, greases and other specialties. Depending upon these research measures, our products undergo improvements and modifications, if any required. |

Team and Employee Safety Policy | With the continual support of our team of 25 including technical experts, engineers and other personnels, the company has been sufficing to the requirements of domestic and international clients. At Leo Lubricants, we ensure that the safety standards are duly followed in each aspect of the product development. Moreover, the safety of our personnel is also taken care for, while they are engaged in the different production processes. We eadhere to safety standard products like: hand gloves, helmets, safety shoes, spectacles, etc.; aprons for lab staff and uniform for workers. |
Laboratory Testing The company performs testing on its product range, in its advanced and well equipped testing laboratory, which has become an indispensable part of the quality control process. The quality testing, done as per ASTM Standards, ensures the consistency in our products and it is done to monitor the technical specifications, both the raw materials and the finished products at various stages.
Moreover, our company also arranges for third party inspection, as per the client's requirements. Independent testing laboratory like INTERTEK CALEB BRETT, SGS and others are assigned for this purpose. |
